One Man Wash Services
Window Washing
Includes a full scrub down of the window with a professional grade solution. Followed by a squeegee and detail of the window with a microfiber cloth for a streak free shine.
Sills and Tracks
Generally included with the window price is a wipe down of the sills and tracks for increased longevity of window function.
Screen Cleaning
Most clients are surprised by how much of an impact screen cleaning has to the aesthetic of a window. This is a must for most home owners.
Pressure Washing
For any concrete surfaces (commonly driveways and sidewalks) pressure is best. A combination of pressure and sodium hypochlorite is necessary for removing organic growth in the pores of concrete.
Dryer vent service
Soft wash (Siding and roofing)
A soft wash uses sodium hypochlorite and a combination of surfactants to remove organics from siding and roofing. This is a great service to improve the appearance and longevity of your homes defenses from mother nature.
Gutter cleaning
Keeping your gutters in proper operating function is a must when it comes to protecting your homes foundation. Gutter guards often fail and need to be removed in order to clean the gutters. This service is advised to be completed twice a year.
Dryer vent servicing is essential maintenance for the functionality of your dryer and safety of operation. The lint build up in your dryer's vent decreases air flow which leads to moisture backup and temperature increase. In time this will leave you with damp clothes and a higher likely hood of a fire (still low at around 1 in 5000). This service is recommended to be done every one-two years.
